Ustaliła, że przepłaciło 169 mln zł kontrolowanej przez przedsiębiorcę Jana Kulczyka spółce Autostrada Wielkopolska (AWSA), która eksploatuje około 150 km autostrady A2 z Konina do Nowego Tomyśla. Spółce Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska (SAM), która pobiera opłaty na 60 km autostrady A4 z Krakowa do Katowic, państwo miało przepłacić 31,1 mln zł. W zeszłym roku SAM zwrócił nadpłatę, ale według NIK - bez 1,4 mln zł odsetek. NIK obawia się też, że na dodatkową wypłatę 46,4 mln zł może narazić państwo niedostosowanie do przepisów umowy z firmą Gdańsk Transport Company (GTC), która eksploatuje 90 km autostrady A1 z Gdańska do Grudziądza.

Co prawda przed dwoma laty Górnik zaliczył trwający dwa sezony epizod w ekstraklasie, ale teraz wylądował w pierwszej lidze, a gra na najwyższym szczeblu rozgrywek wciąż odbija się czkawką.
